I highly recommend choosing this company to enjoy a wonderful Hot Air Balloon ride over Luxor! We were picked up from our hotel and brought to the boat that crosses the Nile River to the West Bank where we arrived to the hot air balloons. Abdo was very friendly and helped us all get ready for our ride. Our Captain Omar was an amazing pilot and made us feel very safe. He was very knowledgeable and gave us many interesting facts about Luxor and what we were flying over. During our ride we got to see the Valley of the Kings and Luxor Temple. Our ride was very smooth and we had a great landing in a sugar cane field where we were met by the ground crew. The whole experience was something we will never forget!

We did the sunrise hot air balloon ride with Hod Hod and loved it. They were very professional and organized. We felt very safe, all the equipment looked to be in very good condition. Abdo picked us up right on time and offered coffee and cake on the boat to the West Bank. Our pilot Bakr was very friendly and knowledgeable. He explained all the sites to us. Everyone spoke very good English. Thanks to Omar for arranging everything
Omar, Abdo, and Amr were extremely professional and a pleasure to do business with. Our balloon was the first to take off and had the most beautiful view of Valley Of The Kings, the Nile River, and other balloons as well. Book with this company!
Omar – who luckily ended up being our pilot – willingly met us at our hotel the night previously as we were a last minute booking and he wanted to ensure we knew every detail and the background of the company he works for. Their website is not as “tourist” appealing as many others, which just goes to show they’re an extremely authentic company that has been around for years and their reviews are able to speak for themselves rather than making a fancy website!
The company ensured our safety was #1 SEVERAL times, not only did our guides, but drivers, groundworkers, etc all separately said our safety was top priority over money and it showed as they did have to cancel the previous day due to wind conditions and refunded every customer.
Omar kept us in the air until he was able to confirm that every single person in the Balloon was happy and received the experience they hoped for!! He is extremely knowledgeable and experienced as we watch balloons from other companies unable to cross the Nile from now flying high enough as well as other companies that went up and came back down before Omar even got us as high as we liked!
The fact that he willingly came to our hotel to meet with us prior showed how much the company cares about their customers. Yes, there are more common tour company names that may shout out at you, but this was hands down the best service we have ever received on a tour and we are so thankful to have met Omar on our journey! He truly made it exceptional!!
