My friend and I had such a great time on our trip! Omar was very helpful over the phone when we decided last minute to change our reservation to another day. He did this with no issue and made sure we knew exactly when and where we would be picked up.
Mohammed picked us up and was very professional and helpful. He made sure everyone had what they needed and knew the safety procedures.
The flight itself was stunning! We watched the sun rise over the Nile and the nearby temples. I would certainly take this trip again!
The chance of a lifetime to Hot Air Balloon over the Nile and see the magnificent sunrise in the wake of the Valley of the Kings. Bakr, our Pilot in Command was brilliant making sure we all saw the sights. We had a superb landing amongst the sugar cane and a rather surprised donkey. It had been planned and added to our amusement. I will treasure my certificate for ever, with my co cruise companions. It is a trip well worth getting up for and is truly memorable.
